We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, please note that returns or refunds are accepted in the following cases:

  • Major damage to the product

  • Wrong item received

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

 

To process any return or refund request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
Please follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Start recording before opening the package.

  2. Must informed within 24 hrs of delivery

  3. unboxing video without any cuts and edits. Return or refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

Reporting a Return Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
